26-27 Agreement

2026-27 School Year Enrollment Agreement

This Enrollment Agreement is entered into between Evolve Early Learning (“School”) and the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s) (“Family”). Please carefully read the follwing and sign at the bottom.

Enrollment Confirmation & Deposit

  • A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your child’s placement.
  • This deposit will be applied toward your child’s materials fee in September.
  • The deposit & signature is due by April 15, 2026
  • Enrollment is not guaranteed until deposit is received.

By paying the deposit, families agree:

  • To pay the materials fee ($200) in fall
  • To pay the first 30 days of tuition regardless of attendance if after June 1st

Late Withdrawal Protection (After June 1, 2026)

  • If a family withdraws after June 1, and the space is not filled, the family agrees to pay full September tuition regardless of attendance. We do need to keep full enrollment to cover our low teacher-staff ratios.

Tuition Policy

  • Tuition is annualized and divided evenly across months.
  • There are no discounts for holidays, school closures, absences, or vacations.
  • Tuition is due regardless of attendance (sickness or vacations).

Withdrawal Policy

  • A minimum of 60 days written notice is required to withdraw.
  • Failure to provide notice may result in charges for:
    • The remainder of the current month
    • The following month

Required Documentation

Before your child’s first day, families must complete:

  • All Parent Portal forms: Click here for Parent Portal
  • Parent Handbook acknowledgment
  • Medical & Immunization Forms (provider signed)
  • Any applicable care plans (allergy, asthma, medical needs)
  • A new Welcome Packet will be sent in the summer.

Families agree to disclose:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies or medications
  • Developmental supports (IEP, speech, OT, behavioral services)

Signature & Confirmation

By signing below, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to this Enrollment Agreement
  • You understand the financial commitment
  • You agree to all policies outlined above and in the Parent Handbook
  • Once this agreement is received a $200 invoice will be sent to you from Brightwheel to pay the deposit
