We are thrilled to share the momentum behind the Evolve Coworking Collective—a space where families, caregivers, and professionals can Work, Play, and Thrive together. This initiative builds upon the foundation of Evolve Early Learning, ensuring that our commitment to high-quality, human-centered education and support continues as we grow.
One of our primary goals is to expand financial stability for our school, provide new resources for families and staff, and contribute to Asheville’s recovery efforts in a sustainable way. We invite you to be a part of this journey!

The Why
Evolve was founded to bridge opportunity gaps for young children and their families—especially those from marginalized communities. Over the past five years, we have:
- Navigated a pandemic, a hurricane, and economic shifts
- Maintained a focus on inclusion, equity, and community care
- Supported staff through rising costs and increased demand for trauma-informed care
However, relying solely on grants and subsidies has proven unsustainable. The Collective is our solution to bringing in diverse revenue streams while staying true to our mission of supporting families and educators.
Hurricane Helene reinforced our belief that families should never be an afterthought in community recovery. Now, we are stepping up with a modern-day Barn Raising—and we need your help to make it happen!
